We love seeing our members, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. The facility is available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our class times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday - 9am
Olympic Weightlifting
Tuesday - 6:30pm
Saturday - 10am
